Established in 1990, Trippas White Group was formed after Trippas White Catering merged with AIH Group to form one of Australia's most significant hospitality organisations.
With roots in the industry spanning four decades, Managing Director Brien Trippas boasts over 40 years experience and is the current President of Restaurant and Catering Association of Australia.
