Botanic Gardens Restaurant

Autumn is a spectacular time to be in the Gardens and Chef Todd Hunt brings the Gardens to your plate with his twist on contemporary cuisine. Try the roasted duck breast with glazed witlof, dutch carrots and a spiced red wine reduction; or steamed mulloway with split peas, pistachio, shaved zucchini and a lemon jam dressing; accompanied with a side dish of crispy artichokes with chickpeas, Spanish onion and parsley.

The Pavilion on the Domain

Watch the trees turn in the Domain and enjoy award-winning Chef Brad Jones’ wholesome dishes like the chicken supreme with warm zucchini, fennel and squash and verjuice or the chargrilled flank with roasted beetroot, dutch carrots and horseradish cream. Finish your meal with a luscious buttermilk panna cotta with poached pear and hazelnuts.

Centennial Parklands Dining

Soak up the autumn sunshine with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views over Centennial Parklands. Chef Paul Kavanagh serves up tasty dishes like the market fish with roast fennel and quinoa pilaf watercress or the beefsteak with herbs de provence mustard, confit garlic and roast cherry tomato.

Queens Park Shed

This cosy and inviting venue will take you through breakfast to dinner with comfort dishes like bircher muesli with bio-dynamic yoghurt, apple, hazelnuts and poached pear; pulled pork baguette with rocket and smoked paprika aioli for lunch; or sticky marmalade BBQ beef short ribs with pan-fried greens on creamed mash for dinner.

The Restaurant at Art Gallery of NSW

Spend a rainy autumn day exploring the Gallery and enjoy a meal crafted by internationally acclaimed Chef Kieran Moore. He adds a sophisticated edge to classic dishes like the pumpkin rotolo with beurre noisette and amaretti crumbs; pancetta wrapped spitchcock with confit leeks and salsa verde; or the earl grey tea pudding with brandied fig ice cream.
